We provide FREE Shipping all over the world. To lessen the burden and reach a global market, we have tried to include the nominal shipping costs in the product price itself. We use associated courier services, air mail, surface mail to ship different products. All 1 month packs are shipped through Air Mail only.
All orders which constitute more than a month's supply (i.e. 2 or more bottles) will be shipped by Express Mail Service. In USA, Express mail Service packets are handled by USPS. For all other countries, EMS is handled by their respective postal departments.
Countries where EMS is not available are served by major courier services like DHL, Fedex, UPS, Airborne, TNT, OCS etc.
Air Mail Delivery Time : 10-12 days (from the date of despatch)
EMS Delivery : 5-8 days (from the date of despatch)
Other Courier Services : 4-6 days (from the date of despatch)
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Custom Duties
International customers: Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. There will be no Refund on shipping costs if your product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt. If package is returned, all other costs are refunded except minimum shipping and handling levies i.e. $10.00 (for all countries).
Returns Policy
raynauds-herb.com and Ivy-Herbals range of products are guaranteed to be of the freshest and highest quality available. We think you'll be delighted with any of our products. However, if for some reason you're not, simply return the unopened or partially used product along with your receipt-letter within 21 days of your receiving the product, and we'll credit your charge card or refund your check or money order. Sorry, no refunds on empty bottles or packages.
There will be no refund whatsoever if products are returned in a damaged condition. If package is returned, all other costs are refunded except minimum shipping and handling levies i.e. $10.00 (for all countries).
